Back in March 2013, The Kabbalah Center Dallas, was getting all the attention that created the need to open a book store initially managed by D’vora Roskin!, who had been very dedicated to the center and the community, the time to ask for help to keep the Bookstore inventory arrived and not everyone pleased the needs to do it exactly as Mrs Roskin required it!,so at the moment she took a chance on me I became the person she trusted to do all that she indicated without arguing at all, I volunteered since the to keep the entire bookstore inventory making tgis the most pleasant and self growing experience I had volunteering!,and I would never hesitate to do it again as soon as the new Kabbalah Center and Bookstore open up in Dallas area again, it will always be a pleasure to give my time with the best of desires for the students and teachers in our community that still on going!

I red this today and I would like to share with you guys:

"I have something that I want to get off my chest about RECRUITERS...."

"You are some of the hardest working folks I’ve ever met. I have worked with many of you over the last few months and I have learned one thing. You have a tremendously difficult job that goes a mile a minute. You are probably chasing down a dozen reqs at once, juggling 20 or more phone calls a day, scheduling interviews, and getting feedback to/from everybody"

"The amount of organization it takes to do all of this is incredible and I know the job rarely ends when you leave work for the day. I for one appreciate everything you put into matching people to a job where they will feel fulfilled and really make a difference"

There was this timing my co-worker went out of our way loading the cattle Gates and our supervisor was so impressed that you recorded us and showed it to his boss in order to get us a raise when I was only working there for like 2 weeks and I got bumped up from 11:50 to like 12:50 to $13 an hour

Aloha from the state of Hawaii here,

So I have been working in this company for almost 3 years now, the first 2 and half year I was really working hard, I cover shifts, do overtime, don't come late and I seldom call off when emergency only, until 1 day I decided to be lazy because the management having a favoritsm issue. Just imagine my lazy co workers whom I cover for when they call of, come late and cover for their lazy ass working because I'm a good friend and I dont throw anyone under the bus, they always do get the employee of the month, well "employee of the month" is not the issue here but the fact that the lazy ones are getting recognized but me I felt like I'm no one in my company. Well I make and maintain good relationships with my fellow workers, I don't have problem with them it's just the management. It's kinda insulting knowing that there's this new employee gets employee of the month, but me as a loyal worker to the company I get nothing so yeah I decided to be lazy I show them I'm using cellphone which is prohibited, didn't came into a mandatory meeting, sitting on chair, yeah these are the reasons why I got suspension till further notice and after 1 week they decided to just let me go because of those minor reasons. While these lazy employees arestill there working, they still call off a lot, they come late always they even make lots of mistakes but there they are still there... But in the other hand, they gave me a raise and good satisfactory in my 2 yearly evaluation. Yes they give me satisfying performance evaulation but I never got the employee of the month.... It really doesn't make sense. A lot of people quit because of these management, I just decided to stay hoping that they would change, but instead they power tripped me and hired a bunch of people.

Is this considered harrasment or favoritsm or discrimination? Should I file a complain?
