I'm an uneducated felon trying to be successful and make something in his life. I really don't care what the job is I'll do it. I'll work hard. I'll be on time every day and I'll do whatever it takes to prove my self worth. All I ask is to be paid and treated right. I'll literally do whatever job there is for the right price. I'm hungry. I'm just looking for a opportunity.

I'm having a hard time finding work. I've never had a hard time finding a job. I was locked up for 2 years. Had a good job before then. Got out and they didn't want me working anymore. I'm in San Antonio Texas. I like outside work. Hard labor. I've been a roughneck 8 years on a drilling rig. I worked in an iron foundry as a molding machine operator, poured iron, and also was a machine mechanic. I know how to weld. I like to get dirty. If anyone has any insights please feel free to point me that way. I'm tired of all these irrelevant emails from these job apps.. thanks.

These days employers are committing High felony crimes to kidnap torture and take people hostage just to have employees. You almost don't even have to apply they have come up with that one click apply option for most of these jobs unless you have to have experience for some type of a degree other than that all you have to do is be alive LOL

I'm in a treatment facility today. Have a solid support network. Plenty of references from highly respected members of our beautiful community. I'm competent, with great people skills...and NOBODY IS GONNA OUT WORK ME. Got that passion for life and ready to show anyone who gives me that chance to shine what a solid decision they made. I bring value to the table.

Is it legal to hire someone and then also fire them in the same month after they got ya too leave the job that you could have been done kept all because they want to be nosey all up in your personal life and say that the reasoning for firing you is because he or she ran out of money?

Why is it that the background check says they only go back 3 to 5 years some even 10 year out as I am haunted from a background that still comes up from 21 years ago and Is holding back from many jobs not be able to get a finger print clearance card as I have gone through the set aide judgment form which is a joke and now going through a good cause form and last step is a non-refundable 1900.00 to get the Governor to pardon it. I just want to be treated equal to get a job why does the government do anything else to clear records from the past that hold them from a career ..Heres something and is proof that people have changed 3,5, 10 years ago or in my life 21 years ago how are we suppose to move forward from our past mistake if the government hold them against us .

Because the world is a cruel and unforgiving place. The world would rather have you fail than to be the reason you succeed! Some felons have a more difficult time starting over again. It's frustrating to the point of what's the point in trying! Every felon friendly place I ever applied turned me down and my felonies were 20 years old. It's just an unfair cruel unjust worldly system is all I can say. People don't think about mercy until they need it. Try to remain emotionally strong and stable. There's help for you somewhere!

Do your research on the company get to know it before you fill out the application and see what they are looking for then take it from there if that will best fit you or not.
