I have been seeking a job as I am also doing freelancing work. I spoke to a cousin who I had not spoken to for a few years. He was so happy in Florida and he encouraged me to just take a look at job market there. I come to find that there are many more opportunities and am thinking to relocate for a few years if I can find a job. Apparently Florida attracts retires and companies in Florida are not so quick to dismiss the idea of hiring older people that are 50 +. My cousin will let me stay there while I get my footing if I do actually relocate. I am thinking outside the box so I do not go nutty about things I can not change like my age.

I recently moved to a new state without a job when I arrived my first application was for a job I had 40 plus years doing & I didn't get the job because it was 25 minutes away from where I am living, & they presumed I would be calling out because of no ride. I then applied to 2 more jobs one that I had skills in & one I didn't... the one I didn't have any skills at emailed me for an interview, & somehow I sold myself well enough to get the job & funny thing it pays more than the job I had experience in... So reinvent yourself use the skills you have to sell yourself into a higher paying position, good luck to all.

Hi everyone, I stepped out on faith and relocated on 6/1/2019. I could not take another crime filled summer in the City of Detroit, MI. I have been looking high and low for employment. I just got a second interview scheduled 7/15/19. I checked my email and have a request for an interview at another job. My Lord and Savior will provide.

Im interested to get a job im available to travel

I work in real estate, but I recently started to work for GAP part-time. I really like their clothes and the hours they give me. It's just nice to pick up some extra cash. I am a little worried tho because the spot the store is located in is losing their lease. I wonder if they will relocate us. What do you all think?

My husband and I moved to an extremely rural area when he got promoted and an area that was farm land and a truck stop. One year turned into four and while my career has been in business administration and general accounting I’m having an extremely hard time angling myself as an attractive candidate with this much time out of my field. In addition, some of my references are no longer with their perspective companies. Any advice?

Is there any way I can get help to get my CDL back. Expired an 2012 I'm willing to relocate if needed and willing to work hard for a company. Thanks you.

Raring to go....What to do??? I have been exploring different options in life but I guess now I have found my niche and path towards a fruitful accounting career. I have tried differrnt types of occupations and career paths but none has been so fulfilling and taken me on a different life path as I am right now. My previous job I wasn't able to tie down a contract as I was on an internship and the company I was working for had been downsizing for a while so I worked for long hours with minimal pay and hard work. I never one time complained for my lack of opportunities at the firm but decided to take a two month sabbatical to clear school and obtain my bachelors degree in business management (Finance and banking option)that I now posses with me (Second Class Upper Division with a GPA 3.0+). At the same time planned an eye opening trip to the US to visit my siblings hoping to unlock new horizons as we speak. I am in need of assistance to obtain a work visa preferably H1B and a job so that I would make my finally proud back at home in Nairobi, Kenya together with my pregnant girlfriend due in November. Any help would be highly appreciated and may the God bless you all. Cheers. Reach me via phone or email for any more questions.
