I need some serious advice on how to make my resume a potential employer won't toss into the trash because of my work history. I spent most of my adult life raising a daughter who was born with cerebral palsy by myself. No support except state pay childcare and financial assistance, and back then (she's 18 now) daycare workers weren't trained to work with dd children and when they had trouble with dealing with her, they would call me prety frequently at work to pick her up, which created lots of attendance issues and lots of pressure to either stay at work and keep my job but lose my child to CPS or go pick her up and lose my job. So what I need to know is how do I get the employers to look past my start and end dates and look at what I did and how I contributed?

How I can condense 16 page writing/performing CV?

I’ve received awards from previous jobs that I want to add to my resume but not sure where to add that info.

It’s an entry level position with a good company but I’m afraid they will not consider my application because of my current qualifications.

Any advice for someone that came from another country in terms of adding previous experience and education on ours resume?

Thank you

How can I update my resume to show promotions from previous jobs. Should I include that in a separate section?

What's the difference between people oriented and task oriented? Should I use one over the other on my resume?
Hi James: Not a problem! All you have to do is click on the My Info at the top right corner of the page to be taken to your profile. You can click on each section to edit it, which allows you to delete any info you don't want on your profile. Let us know if you need any extra help!
