It seems like every post on here is someone complaining about a company. Sometimes it's the interview(or lack thereof), or the way they are treated/ fired. Most of the time we only get one person's angry side of the story. As a business manager, I usually read these with the mindset of why from the business' punt of view and can usual figure the person complaining did something or didn't did something that warranted their reaction. Pointing fingers is a bad stance to take. It makes you look stupid. Most of the time you don't write your complaint using proper grammer, but just out of anger. You never present both sides. All it does is make you look bad. I just wonder what the point is in complaining? Are you trying to vent? Bring negative attention to the company. Neither of these are good for a public forum. Think before you post. If you still feel you should, present both sides in a professional manner. It might give you clarity.

I had a phone interview, twice with a company. Each time I was strongly encouraged to browse their website. I now have an in-person interview scheduled. Again, I was strongly encouraged to view their website. I found quite a fee typos throughout the site .... Do I say anything if asked if I viewed the site? Could it be a "test"?????

Hi, Can you describe what its like to be an employee of Payless?
Great to see you having jobs here at Jobcase. I know the thousands of Jocasers around Newark CA would love to learn more if you describe here - or perhaps fill out more on your "learn" page here.... thanks! Fred

Okay I recently got a job at Texas steakhouse and I have worked a few days. Well now they are talking about coming in once again Wednesday just to talk again what should I think. I have work hard on the days that I have worked. When I have no work to do I find work. What do you think is happening????

Well I had a phone interview today with a company HR rep and they are now forwarding my information to the local manager for a face to face interview. It's nice to see something happening but now - after researching the company - reviews are not good. Starting salary is way below what I need and the work climate may or may not be the best depending on which review you read. I've read them on Glassdoor, Indeed and customer reviews on several sites - overall not great. I'm going to the interview and see what comes up and then make a decision if something is offered. My question is - anyone have any experience with Woodforest Bank?
