Be very careful, very careful about giving ideas on improving things. Upper management will ask for new ideas and middle management is afraid of new ideas. I believe the knowledge level for many at the district manager level and above need to be raised when it comes to merchandise and operational improvement.

Two interviews tomorrow but I don't feel comfortable doing group interviews. Aflac seems to have group interviews. I use to work for rite aid before. I am debating if I should go on both interviews tomorrow or just go for rite aid.

I had to mix( reconstitute) an acne cream for a patient. There was only powder to mix into the cream which I did, my Pharmacist asked if I added water to the mixture (which will activate the ingredients) . The mistake was caught before the medication was sold to the patient

Having access and use to Purchasing Power. This was a company that you could purchase a wide variety of items and have payments taking directly out of your paycheck, paying for the items in either six months or a year. This is something a lot of employers should look into.

I was wondering if you need a resume to get a interview. I do not have one but would be happy to give you all my back ground if I can get an interview. THANK YOU
