I never made mistakes. But the only mistake was that I left work at Four Seasons

Nothing it's a wonderful place to work.

Forgetting what floor I was working on.

My first day at kempinski hotel Goldcoast city was one of the memorable days of my life, I was very excited when I got their appointment letter and 14 September, 2015 was my first day to start and it was pre opening of the hotel and I am one of the pioneers of the hotel, during that day we all met at the entrance of the hotel in a long queue, at that time I met different people those already in the industry and beginner's, later the managers and the human resource also came and we were moved to go and see the interior and exterior part of the hotel. We were later moved to a big ballroom were all the managers were introduced to us, frankly it was very interactive and interesting, I was happy for the career I chose because it gives me the opportunity to meet different kind of people from all walks of life. We took pictures and there was a lot, I did believe I can do something differently because I have passion for the job and I was very enthusiastic that I can deliver excellent service to my guest and the hotel as a whole.

I was an experience working with different cultures & learning different things.
