The Role The Provider Growth Team works to support our mission of expanding access to mental healthcare by building a diverse and broad network of Providers. Provider Growth Reps meet with 10-15 providers daily to host an initial interview, and lay out accurate expectations of working in our network.
You Will • Prospect, interview, and contract mental healthcare providers • Leverage CRM to capture and report on all activity and market feedback • Source leads to supplement inbound lead flow • Maintain an organized calendar of prospect meetings • Communicate proactively, both internally with colleagues and externally with providers to achieve KPIs
