It really wasn't my fault, but Chuck, the previous sales manager, had a spy in our telemarketing office. He left Polybau and started his own company, but his spy would tell him where we were marketing and he would go into customers homes after I went in first. He would tell them they were getting Polybau quality windows, but he would sell them for 10% less and use lower quality extrusions. By the end of the summer, he got caught doing installations without a contractor's license and was sued by a number of his customers. I warned Fritz what was going on, but he didn't do anything about it. I lost a lot of sales that summer.

Don't. The company is a multi generational company located in Austria. I actually went to the headquarters to see Fritz when I went to Austria. However Fritz sold the company to Jacek, who no longer uses Rehau extrusions, but those of a lower quality. There is a woman who is the sales person now. She's smart, but the quality of the work isn't as good as when Fritz owned it.

The company sallybeauty it's not the same company that is used to be it was taken over by other individuals that I felt we're going to bring the company down and that is exactly what happened so if you're going to get a job with with sallybeauty think about it real hard because they do not hire full-time as anymore because they don't want to pay benefits
