I am a humble man, God-fearing and simple. When I came to Sam's Club, poor Renee was the only cleaner who was working the daytime shifts. Being a friendly and simple fellow, I picked up quickly what my role would be at Sam's Club. If not for the fact that I hurt my back - which wasn't job related, and I didn't contact my employer for Workman's Comp. - I might still be there.
When Sam became the owner we had an All hands meeting the first thing he said was to be kind to one anouther. Work as a team every position is. important and to remember each and everyone of us can be replaced he next Said let me work for you if their is a problem to let. him know he can't fix It if he does not know of it

I started as a part time and was able to make my way up to asst manager. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and advance giving good services to the members and being a part of a group of associates working towards a common goal.
