I was free to make my own hours. I was trusted with keys and security codes to every building I cleaned.

Horrible pay ain't nothing

There is no best reason to work at Sam's I was there almost five years never offered full time. As a matter of fact three times a full time position was open in the pharmacy and neither one of those times was I asked if I wanted to be full time. I hardly got hours unless someone was on vacation other than that I had to pick up more hours at a local Walmart Mart. One week I made a mistake and put in hours I didn't work and offered to give the whole check back or whatever to keep my job they terminated me no warning no second chance just terminated me therefore I will say it is definitely not a good place to work at all

It OK but I can only work on weekends cause of school but I need a job that will take me after 2 Sam's Club is a good job to work

If my best friend wanted to work at Sams Club I would tell not to even apply at all. Management doesn't even care about their employees, everybody is two faced when all they want to do is talk behind people's back like if we were back in high school. You are expected to do four to five things at one time but make sure your job is done. Thinking you've gotten your days off approved, but when you come back to work they aren't and you get written up for no call no show. Always trying to find any little thing to fire somebody when it goes back to management doesn't care about their employees. You have lazy people who don't do anything that get employee of the month when you have employees who work their asses off and don't even get a recognition for their hard work.

Forget about keeping you over time in the early part of the starting with Saturdays. Also going in to at last minute because someone called out and they need you to get area back up to speed and expectations. You will not get to keep those extra hours bank on it.

The customers, co-workers, and management were awesome! Sam's is an ideal place to work if you are seeking to obtain a degree. The company strives to accommodate time off if needed. Great health benefits! I met life-long friendships at my work place and will forever be indebted to such an employee-driven company. Sam Walton great concept!!!
