I found them on facebook was sent to this person called "Mr. Nash.." told me to get a eastern union & send out $200 for starting fee and such (i was to take pics. Of it and then theyd reinburish my $200 back)...later i was told i needed $75 for computer/scanner & printer....seemed honest to his word. Told me to open an account, so i did,..they sent me $1,850 but the day it was sent Capital One closed down my account while it was being looked over. I tried asking capital one "whyd you close my account?" They told me that their not wanting to work with me...later one i talked to mr. Nash and he told me that i have to buy an itune card to activate my payroll (he telks me to take a pic. And send the pics. Of the itunes to him with the scratch off code)...i did...only my pics. didnt go through....but now im stuck with my unused $50 itune card....ive tried getting in touch with this mr. Nash and still no word...ive tried several times a day for a few weeks then quit. I later looked up the person finding out that he works as a photographer across the states in a different country...his name usnt mr. Nash by the way...its a guys voice when you call him but his messenger links up to a womans.

The add for Casting 360 is misleading. They expect money from you! If you are looking to become a star, it might be worth looking into. If you are looking for part-time work, look elsewhere.

I received a private message on here from Jason Leena looking for 'help'. I responded offering to help. I then received an email from jsonleena@Gmail.Com offering a job as a mystery shopper. It's a SCAM. I responded, no thanks, I love my job and I hate shopping. They responded that I won't have to use my own money. I laughed at that. I'm sure Walmart has all these mystery shoppers checking out how Western Union works in their stores.

OF THEY OFFER TO SEND YOU A CHECK, TELL YOU TO KEEP PART OF IT, AND THEN SEND THEM THE REST THROUGH WESTERN UNION, DON'T DO IT!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Reported them to FTC. (Www.ftc.gov or email the scam emails to spam@uce.gov.)

Good Luck!

Soooo... I went to a job interview, at a certain location, meanwhile getting an email from a different company at the same job location. I thought, hmmm, that's slightly sketchy, but lemme just go and bring two resumes. When I arrived, the original company had some crazy paper sign I could have punched a hole through and all the pictures on the wall were 5'7"s of two different dudes at a podium. All over. Not to mention I walked past a parole office on my way. Not to mention I got a different email from a different company at the same address at the same suite!! I asked and they said they shared offices. There was a flatscreen tv video of this dude telling us how he went into sales. And after 15 minutes waiting, the 6 of us, the "front desk girl" came to tell us he was running 15 min late because he was with another client. Ummmmm negative ghost rider. If this is how you want to start up your business??, you got another thing comin', and I feel sorry for the people that stayed. I had a lady catch me in the parking lot to ask me how bizarre the whole situation was. Watch yourselves and who you apply to. I feel like a fool. I should've taken pics of the 5'9"s but I was too busy laughing at my stupidity

Hi All: Below is a great example of another scam. I received the below e-mail this morning:

Resume Approved F frontdesk@boeinginc.com Reply| Today, 9:23 AM You;

Dear Applicant,

Your resume has been reviewed and you have made it to the NEXT STEP for the job opening you sent your resume

Your resume was shortlisted for an online interview with the personnel hiring manager Mr Raph SMITH via Hangout ( hr.desk241@gmail.com ) . Add him to your hangout list and send him an invitation, He will be online waiting for you ASAP to conduct the interview for you.

Your verification code is (AAC-0334), this would serve as your identification number throughout the online hiring process. Your timely response matters a lot.

This is strictly an online and work from home job and you can as well work from anywhere of your choice or anytime that does suit you.You can choose to work during Morning, Afternoon and even during evening...The payrate is $34.50 per hour training is $17 per hour and will be getting payment bi- weekly via check or direct deposit.

We look forward to having you on the team.

Interview Scheduled : Online. Time: ASAP Venue: On line Via Hangout Training is Available A timely response is appreciated

Best Regards Human Resources..

Now, some warning signs to look for here. Notice how there is no job description, no company name, nothing to indicate exactly what you would be doing. 2nd thing is the poor grammar. 3rd thing was the fact that the e-mail sent has no signature from anyone, just "Human Resources" and of course another trigger was the fact that the interview would be held via Google Hangouts. One thing I would like to point out is the e-mail address where it came from. Ask Emily has posted previously how scammers would set up phony websites using well-known company names and just change them slightly such as adding a hyphen or in this case adding the "inc." after boeing. There is an excellent resource I would like to share with you all called iptrackeronline.com. This is a free website where you can input information from an e-mail and they can track where it came from amongst other valuable info. Take a look below at what they discovered for boeinginc.com:

IP address: 54.247.183.32 Registrar: TUCOWS DOMAINS INC. Now, notice that this "website" was created on 05/15/17 for 1 year only using Vista Print. It is HIGHLY unlikely that a legitimate company would use a free website service such as Vista Print and only register said site for 1 year. Of course, if you go to boeinginc.com it directs you to Vista Print.

Be careful and dilligent in your research folks!
