My name is Aaron. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Science/ Nutrition but every job I apply for wants experience. This is what I’m trying to get, my foot in the door to be able to prove myself. Very difficult

I moved to Tampa/St.Pete area last year after graduating with my Masters in Environmental and Marine Resource Management Magna Cum Laude and thought finding a job here with no contacts would be challenging, but not this impossible. It's been 8+ months... and I am the hardest working, loyal, and dedicated person I know. If I could just get my foot in the door and meet someone.

RIP Hawking. Contributions to science. Contributions to making science interesting and accessible to non-science crowd. And incredible inspiration for living a full life despite unthinkable adversity and challenge. (I like this pic of him because of the sheer joyful look on his daughter's face as she looks at her Dad. She sees beyond what disease did to his body. She sees the spirit of the man. She sees her Dad.)

I'm a college graduate with a degree in biology and chemistry I'm currently complete my masters in Regulatory Affairs for pharmaceuticals medical devices and biologics. I'm tryin to currently brake into the industry. This is very hard to because they want lots of years experience. I want to be able to manage a pharmaceutical facility and work as Regulatory Affairs manager and I don't know if I masters degrees going to give me that opportunity. Should I continue to try to get in these jobs and apply or should I go about it a different way.

I do love what I learn at school but what's the point of learning if I don't use it? From my past experience in the nursing field, if there is something that I learned is that if you don't use something that is learned... well you will surely lose it. Because of this belief of mine I don't think not having experience in a specific field should stop me from applying to jobs/internships in that field. The sad truth is the only thing HR sees is my resume... using all resources available to build one's own resume is advisable. Ps if anyone reading has a tip, feel free to share.
