Why is it that seasonal employees are not given unpaid time? What if a family emergency happens an they have to leave work early? Or have to come in late or even call off? They automatically lose their job. The phrase "life happens" was used a lot during all hands meetings so with that being said wouldn't it be fair to at LEAST give seasonal workers 5 hours unpaid time just in case "life happens"
I worked in Chestnut Hill in 2007 for Xmas season and could have been longer but my child was young I loved the products and my customers were real. As well as the Manager and co workers! Very professional and keep products very sanitary as well as a highly organized store and company! Great pay and benefits! Would love to work for them again asap. What's that saying? I believe in Seohora and had a great experience!
