Is no work history better than employment gaps? I’m having horrible luck with my job since I graduated from college. I attribute it to my Political Science degree but I’ve been told that I’m failing because I have a 2 year gap in my employment history. Actually, I have 2 short term seasonal jobs on my resume that only lasted a few weeks. Should I continue to list these jobs on my resume and applications or should I leave them out so that I look like I have no employment history?

I just completed an online application for a seasonal service position with Home Depot. It took me over an hour to get through it so I hope they call me for an interview. What happens to seasonal employees once the season ends? Anyone have any experience working a temporary or seasonal job? I wouldn’t mind staying on permanently if that’s an option. Can temporary workers collect unemployment benefits when the season ends?
