The work is unique and you have to really know what you are doing and be experianced in the field. It is very dangerous work.
On my been so many years here like 26 years. Sure I made mistakes but I can't think of any one that would be "stated" as the bigest.
To try as much as possible to be tolerant. A school is like a hospital. You get to meet students with different behaviors and upbringings. So without tolerance, working in school will be hell.
Never get impatient with the customers. Listen & do everything the way the owner wants it done because he knows what works best.
Ordered the wrong tires. But I was able to correct the order quickly and we kept the tires that came on for a different client, so it worked out well.
To be patient and calm all the time because so many people come in with different character.
The first time that I helped gather or pulled a customer's order when the customer called in the order so that we could get it to them. I was given a complete order to pull by myself I pulled off the shelf more than what the customer ordered example invoice said one piece I thought it meant one full box not just one of the pieces out of the box
