I actually left them. I got bored and started looking for a job where I could learn new skills. I'm considering going back to school for dialysis technician. Also the pay is very low and you travel a lot. If you're young I recommend becoming a nurse instead.

Why do a senior level tech, like myself never get the jobs that are posted on boards like this?
