I had cleaned a room and defeathered it and was pretty happy with my work, although it wasn't my floor I had missed read the assignment sheet and was put in a position that was uncomfortable, was called some pretty rough names but I did remain calm enough to try and make a report that was never followed up on, so I was given and a write up for something that far and above.
