I wouldnt work there. They promised you a promotion and then hire a much younger girl instead. It really hurt me because i had been there for 5 years and felt thier word meant nothing. I was treated like a cashier and never got to finish my training as a shift supervisor because it was stopped the moment she got hired.

The training is the best training you can find. Most of the people will go out of their way to help you get to your goals.

If you are considering working for Starbucks then you absolutely need to know that most likely you will never work anywhere else again. The people you work with, the engagement with customers, the bonds you create with anyone and everyone that walks in that door or goes through the drive through is irreplaceable. Starbucks will become your second home and the people a part of your family. I highly recommend sending in your application immediately.

Not really a difficult job as long as you stay focused and don't mess around
