I wish I knew I was making good money I worked everyday loved my customers and store employees!! And they me out like yesterday’s trash!

Being told I was bragging!!! I was telling people on FB I was getting a lot of shops and why I was getting a lot!! I was sharing what I was doing to get shops!!

I worked very hard made friends with customers and store employees made awesome tips!! But after 344 shops in less then 3 months they deactivated my account without any explanation!! When I repeatedly ask why I got NO response good or bad they treated my like a criminal deleted my account blocked me on FB and did it on a Sunday night at 9:36pm eleven minutes after I marked my last shop delivered!! I have never been treated as mean and heartless as what they call shopper success!! By the way there is no phone nub for this department only an email address!! My rating were very high I maintain above levels of expection levels they require... Customers rate the shoppers after a delivery and it is kept private only between the customer and Shipt I was so upset the night it happened I had to pull over to compose myself so I could drive home!! They have an office in Birmingham, Al and one in San Francisco, CA... The only way to get anything done is to hire an Attorney because you are a 1099 employee you don’t have government protection like the Labor Board!!! They made he feel ashame, worthless and heartbroken..... I really loved the job and loved the customers who I now call friends I made very good tips because I went above and beyond what was required!!! I would bring the trash out for a lady that lived in low income housing...I would take myself off the schedule when I delivered to a man that had loss his wife and only daughter because I knew he wanted to talk about them....I had a elderly couple that would order things at times the store would not have ready...like fried chicken strips I would call the store the night before and have it ready and waiting!! I had a man Wheelchair bound that ordered every week because he said I treated him with respect and more importantly his dog loved me!! My family and I were treated to dinner at a very nice restaurant ... she tipped me $40 every time I delivered to her but she felt like she needed to do something special to let me know how much she appreciated me!!! So please someone tell me what I did to deserve this kind of treatment!! Ps Please email Shipt@ shoppersucess . Com And tell them to give me a reason heck tell them to post the reason!!
