I have 20 year's experience, working with the public, The Major reasons To get a position be yourself, Relaxed, Pleasant, factual, interested. The main reason your hired, is not what training you have it is Honesty, Good Boundaries, and putting yourself in in the place of the persons interviewing' you. Good poster , body language. And other is eye contact. I am a people person, and in joy conversation. Let people ask you questions. A smile, If people ask me,would you like tea coffee, I say "yes, please. I'm never in a hurry. If intervuing in a home for home healthcare. I talk and start a conversation with the elderly person, or disable person. The know what they would be more comfortable, with, like time to get them up, what activity they like. what book they like. Most of All , if they have worked what they did for a living. We're. They have traveled. Usually then we know if we are a fit, or they do. This has worked for me one times out of ten. Jackie.
