Because is the best place for student like me to work

So I started last week at Sonic and it’s been pretty good so far. My supervisor has been nice and my coworkers are super helpful. I went to bring out a customer their drink orders and tripped right next to their door… half of their drinks went in the car and spilled ALL over her pants and I felt SOO bad.
I can’t believe I did this!! I apologized again and again and brought her paper towels to help clean and and even offered to pay for her dry cleaning. She wouldn’t let me and was really understanding. I was so stressed out about it but she made my day so much better even though I probably ruined hers..
Has anyone have a similar thing happenn to them?

I know how to skate

We need to shut done sonic in Duncan Oklahoma please help #not kidding

Fast paced and customer focused environment, d.l rodgers was who i worked for and the customer truly was appreciated

One day when I was working at Sonic I went to hand someone their milkshake and I dropped it and it splashed up and ALL over her. She was wearing a white dress and it was a strawberry shake. I offered to pay her dry cleaning bill, but she wasn't even mad at me. She said accidents happen. We made her a new shake for free and she was able to get the stains out with a wet paper towel in the bathroom. No harm done.

I am frist asst manger i been with sonic for five years and i love working for the company.

Workin the drive-thru at Sonic was my favorite. I got put on it about once a week, and it was always a good shift. Most people hated it because there was a much smaller chance you'd get any tip money. I like to organize things and the crazy busy pace made me feel good I was accomplishing something. Probably why all my bosses since working there have noticed and told me how organized I am. For me, it was an enjoyable job and I didn't mind it.

I remember when I was a car hop working at Sonic! I got so nervous carrying them out and reading back the order to the customers. You only were suppose to say some items to make it short and sweet. I had a tough time learning all the abbreviations on the menu, but after awhile I got it. Sometimes I talked WAYYYYYY too much, but I just tried to imagine what the customer would want to hear and see if it made sense. I tried to make sure people had a good experience. Lots of teens going on dates, families grabbing a quick meal, and friends just meeting up. I didn't mind it once I got past the nervous stage. It's a good job. The shakes are awesome too!!! I probably gained like 15 pounds drinking one a day. Totally WORTH IT!! #noregrets
