Hello Denise,
I called the Hollywood Housing Authority this afternoon to inquire on bilingual job opportunities but I was directed to the operator's voicemail. I also looked around the website and related links for Human Resources and found the housing application and available jobs pages, see below.
How to apply - http://www.hollywoodfl.org/index.aspx?NID=715
Available job openings - http://agency.governmentjobs.com/hollywoodfl/default.cfm
Follow these links to review application process and current job openings within the City of Hollywood Housing Authority. You can review if any of the open jobs have any language requirements before applying. You will need to register and on-line account before beginning the process.
Hope you find this information helpful. Let me know how things work out.
Best of Luck!!!
