I had a phone interview with the requter, went to interview with the dm he couldn't make it so i interview with the store manager at that store went great, then got a call back from the Dm went back to that store he didn't show up again! So I had to drive to raleigh and interview with the human resources lady they said the Dm would call me! Nothing no call no nothing I know everyone seemed like they liked me So this is how #speedway #really

No one recognized me at Speedway even when I fill in for someone.... I still got fired because they ask to do the impossible.

The locations really have a effect on your job experience daily. Some locations have very rude customers and you are expected to naturally be kind to them, but you are abused during the whole shift. Not what I would recommend-and the pay was very low. I was a Team Leader, and I only made $9.68/hour! With a whole lot of responsibilities to maintain while serving the customers' needs; you have to enter all the previous days sales and receipts into the company data base while restocking the shelves, etc...It should pay 15.00 and hour!

Be prepared to work hard and learning a variety of work experience. Learning from the mistakes and taking in the good as well. Experiencing team work and depending on yourself. Your taking on a lot of responsibility whether you're ready for it or not. It can be stressful and a great learning experience that you go into.
