Not one thing was good working for sprouts...the warehouse is not safe to work at. The 8 months i worked there, atleast 10 people ended up in the hospital with broken wrists, one guy popped his shoulder, another guy flew off his palletjack cause the floor is always wet so the palletjack wont stop and he flew into a pole, broke his wrist and now has a metal plate in his wrist...people stepping on nails cause the place is dirty and the produce is always on the dirty, nasty floor and it gets pulled and shipped to the stores like that. I was working 12-15 hour days for 5 sometimes 6 days in a row...the ot is ok but all those hours really put a toll on my body...the work is hard cause they expect you to pull 60 pound cases the whole night and thats alot on your back and body. The managers are real jerks, they preach about safety but they push you to the max and get on you if you dont hit your rate. Sprouts warehouse is just a nasty place to at PERIOD! No respect for their employees at all. Oh...and always remember to wash all your fruits and vegetables from sprouts....TRUST ME!!
