Do not work there. Very bad management and too much micro managing.
Go for it. They are a great company just stay on top of your manager
I biggest mistake was not staying on top of my managers. We were having a hard time with managers living and then some going to different departments that I wish I would stayed on top on questions of how I’m doing, etc. even though you get great reports sometimes things never got talked to you about anything and I took my job seriously.
The biggest mistake was not pressing the issue of inequity of territory and account assignment/splits. The imbalance made it nearly impossible to meet goals.
It has to be one of the best places to work I can honestly say there really all like family and they really care for there employee's they encourage you to think out side the box. I would of never retired if my husband didn't get very sick with pancreatic cancer
one day our team not cleaned the sludge box causes water was overflowed through sludge box. The oven top was filling with water and the oven wall also in night shift. our supervisor got charge sheet for this mistake .
