My coworker we were family

I love the teachers, staff and the children.

I work per diem at St. Ann's so I am only there 2 - 3 times per month. I like what I do while I am at St. Ann's as I know that my being there, doing what I am doing, takes some of the load off the regular social workers. I have an awesome supervisor at St. Ann's whom I respect very much.

I was offered the opportunity for a job that let me develop relationships with my patients and their families, while expanding my knowledge base (greatly!), and building my reputation as a professional and an asset to the physicians and healthcare personnel I worked with.

I worked @ St. Lukes for 23 yrs as a pre op/ recovery room LPN. I can truly say I worked with wonderful people from the doctors, staff to volunteers. The level of care, compassion and concern go above and beyond. I left a wonderful bunch of people who are compassionate and caring. They have a great sense of humour when needed. I retired saying"It was a great run."
