Patrick the lead driver has allow his title to go to his head. He disrespect Dustin the manager behind his back. But he talks bad about corporate, brags that he can't be fired, when he sees drivers who are better than him, he gets them fired. He had several employees that rode his van that he allow to smoke on the van, which are against the rules. Dustin hired another driver to start in June or July to drive but Pat made a deal with him to get him to drive sooner by getting me fired for doing as he did on his van. I thought since so many smoke on the van that the no smoking rule they let go. But they all of a sudden enforce it to fired me so he could get the other driver driving. Pat is a snake that can't be trusted, he makes his self or tries to make his self look good, but really is angry cause corporate didn't give him Dustin's job. Pat only looks out for Pat he's poor in training, poor in driving. And the biggest liar there, worst mistake meeting Patrick...
