Nothing! It was a great job with a wonderful boss who truly cared about his workers and co-workers that were there for one another. The only reason I left was because I moved to Fishers. I still occasionally go up and work if they need help, but it is too far to drive every day.

Be yourself, be honest, be compassionate and be positive most importantly be diligent. When God opens a door for you no man can close it.

The people I met and the great agent that I worked with.

Time to provide quality customer service. Not a hurry and push the call through!

Been with the state for 20 years and 7 different agencies. Just like the private sector, some are great some are not. It depends on the leadership and mission and vision. It is rather stable and opens many opportunities for trying new things. Great benefits, vacation, sick leave, holidays off, and medical benefits. That is what has kept me here. If you can put up with the bureaucracy and not take it home it’s a great organization to be a part of, that’s just my opinion. Hope this is helpful to someone. Any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.
