Post your conversation here...I always think that if I obtain my degree ,I will be employed by any organisation but it is not so.if an organization (private)knew your best at work, you can earn more than a professor even if you obtain just a primary certificate because you are a professional in your field of assignment. hard work and corporation is all they need.
