Stressful days are...more overtime due to staff cutbacks .

I was assigned to bathing and had 22 baths three of which were de-sheds and had no assistance in the bathing room. Lodging was also understaffed so I was being pressured to finish quickly in bathing so that I could go help them. A couple of the baths were not completed to 100% satisfactory standards and this was one of the reasons cited to me for why I was terminated.

So I have a BA in criminal justice and I was tired of the field. I took a year off and I landed a job working as a teller for a credit union. I am very grateful to be working again but I'm really nervous because I am not the most customer service person and on top of that the culture is so different from what I know. I do appreciate the credit union I work for because everybody is so chipper and pleasant. I'm use to my own office and being around co workers doing our own thing. I would like to apply my current skills to this financial world but I need to crawl before I walk. It's only my second day but I feel weird and anxious.

I would say the most stressful day working at kimco staffing was the heat being in the warehouse.

It is a precious opportunity to support people and their families to face diseases and infirmity, specially cancer. But when the family lost loved members, is not easy to give comfort and hope, specially when they do not believe in God, just I cry with them or express something without words.

Trying to make quota and dealing with a nutcase at the same time.

We all loose ourselves at time and yes I lost my cool with a coworker there and said some things I didnt mean. It can be a stressful job but very rewarding if you can handle fast pace.

So I have been applying for so many jobs and I always get a person from India or Pakistan idk where but offering me 2 month contract jobs is this a scam? It’s almost daily kinda like my warranty for a car I already have one of them too and they would never call me. Beyond frustrated when I’m looking for honest long term work!!

Like any organization, there are going to be stressful days but how you handle them is the answer.
Not falling apart and keeping calm for the rest of the crew or team, especially our Youths in the case.
During our competition season is very stressful; they're stressed. We all want to best for them. They are all winners!!
