Management's needs to be more in touch with their employees regarding a healthy work environment. They will loose good workers, and end up with people who are clickish, arrogant, spiteful, who don't care about anything or anybody except themselves. They end up being fearful for their jobs, and willing to keep out anyone they deem a threat.

Learn from the older employees all what they can teach to you and then try to suggest how we as a team could implement new ideas, procedures or projects.

I saw another post related to this, so I want to share my situation. My manager told me he'd like me to share more 'personal highlights' in our weekly Team meetings, even though I do not want to.

Everyday we have a weekly standup meeting, first thing in the morning, it lasts 10 mins and the purpose is to share our tasks for the day and any meetings or ask help. On Mondays especially (but other days as well) she usually asks how our weekend went. I reply 'All good, nothing special' 'It was okay, fine' and things like that. We also have two weekly meetings that involve 'personal highlights from last week' and again me and another person are vague, though polite, and don't elaborate.

I want to go to HR, but also don't want to stir the pot too much.

I enjoyed the people that I worked with. It never felt like work. Everyone worked as a team.

I loved it! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming when I first started. They trained me excellent enough to where I was one of the top employees there. #aboutmyjob #coworkers

This one day we were up on the roof and it was SUPER hot. I had a lot of stapling to do and the sun was not helping to give me any motivation. But my supervisor pulled me aside, told me to take a lil break. I kept at it and the next thing you know I was done
