Hey I finally got hired after searching for almost a year. I went thru my savings and am in debt, but not for long. I had applied for more than 500 jobs. I even applied to out of state jobs and after apt of aggravation and feeling hopeless I finally got hired. I thought it would never happen and yet it did. I currently live in Washington but will be relocating to Atlanta Georgia. The pay is way more than I expected. I had to pay out of pocket for traveling there for the interview but the day before I flew I was was told that my travel and hotel would be reimbursed. Yay. I know it is hard to keep pressing on and to keep positive thoughts (at least it was for me) yet I kept sending my resume out to any and all the postings I could. I went outside my comfort zone and it payed off. This site has been both inspiring and depressing. But I found hope in others posting that they finally got hired. Everyone on here will eventually get hired I hope just keep submitting your resume. Oh by the way I submitted my resume to this company back in early April. I didn’t here back from them until the end of May and interviewed with them 06/11/19, was told they were interested on 06/12/19 and got my offer letter on 06/13/19. I signed and returned the letter with a start date of July 08. I am finally able to breathe again.

Mercy called me today and I got the Job!!!
I am so excited for this new chapter in my life. Praise be to Abba Yahuah who has Always been there when I didn't see away or whatever I felt inadequate.
Faith in the Most High is what drives me to be my best. I never forget where I came from and I always Praise Him for where ever He takes me

I have been sending out resumes since May of last year and I finally landed a job that doesn't need one! Since I have been out of any kind of real work since I got off active duty to take care of our girls, I've had to rebuild my work history. So I really don't mind that the job is a warehouse job. The pay is decent (i.e., much better than nothing), and I have a chance to finish my degree in Paralegal Studies and my certificate in IT Tech Support. It would be a real blessing to be able to apply these skills with the company that I am with right now, then there will be no more job searching.

Just got the job to deliver Amazon packages and im pretty happy about it. I use my own car and can set my own schedule and I basically just drive around the city dropping stuff off. I also work during the morning so this is a good way to make some extra money on the side.
