Don’t work at the Val Vista and Warner store. They are petty and just screw you over. Leaders are bi-polar and sometimes they won’t help you because “you are annoying them”. I asked for a Thursday off for school and they gave me the entire week off instead. I put my two weeks in because I have to take care of my grandpa who has dementia so they took all my shifts away from me. And then had the balls to call me and ask me to come in and help them out. They don’t care about you at all.

Don't work at the Target distribution center in Albany, Oregon

To attract workers:
Companies Like Target, JCPenny, Kohls, Target, UPS and Federal Express are hiring now!
Retailers, e-commerce and logistics companies are looking to hire over 700,000 holiday workers this year. They are sweetening the pot with cash bonuses and gift cards, as well as chances to win kayaks and diamond earrings.
Target: In addition to what it calls "competitive" wages starting at $12 an hour, Target is holding $500 gift card drawings for employees and will match up to $500 in donations for a local charity throughout the holiday season.
J.C. Penney is offering its holiday workers a 25 percent discount as well as the chance to win one of eight "reward packages" worth up to $5,000 each. Winners can choose from all-expense-paid vacations to Banff, Alberta; New York or Miami.
Kohls is offering its seasonal employees a 35 percent discount on certain days, but it's promoting it as a perk this year. Kohl's seasonal employees will also be eligible for gift card contests for perfect attendance.
Macy's offering new bonus program.
UPS: Seasonal jobs at UPS can pay $10.35 to $30 an hour, but its best perk for seasonal employees beyond pay is its track record for converting seasonal positions into year-round employment, UPS spokesman Glenn Zaccara told CNBC. About 35 percent of its seasonal workforce is converted to a permanent employee, he said. "In fact, 128,000 UPSers, nearly one-third of our U.S. workforce, started working for the company in a seasonal role — including our chairman and CEO, David Abney."

Target is still hiring both seasonal and permanent job opportunities available In-Store and at Distributions centers. Use the link below to take you directly to Targets Career page where you can search and apply. Thank you.

I had gotten sick so couldnt work i put my 2 wks so i could leave in good terms had surgery ready to work have interview at target again manager was happy to see me and wanted to hire me but someone hire than her didn't i always gave my best at work

It's actually negative. I was treated very poorly there. They didn't understand my disability. I felt below dirt. They made me feel very less. Some of the co-workers treated me poorly and I was blamed. When asked for help with a medical issue, I was let go unceremoniously.
