Look for another job. Target is not a good place to work. 3 people have quit the clothing side of the store. What Target expect out of an employee is unachieveable. The only good thing is the benefits and Targetβs web page for employees is good. The web page cares for employees but does not trickle down to store level. Keep looking.
Target was obviously bringing communities to their jobs...even if the company itself had to pay for their travel. I was very impressed with their communication skills overall, as a company. They even helped me to navigate a leave of absence during the holiday season - for medical reasons. I would appreciate any opportunity to work for and/or with "Target", in the future.
