How do teachers like teaching on line lessons

I have a family member who teaches in a school, and a couple of her colleagues have always had trouble requesting time off from work, as they are always denied. When I worked in retail back in the mid to late 1980's, I was always denied requests, because of sales going on, or people with more seniority got their requests in before mine. My employer back then told me that PTO's were considered a "Gift" from the company, and I naturally had no recourse. Today, PTO's are less of a problem, but I wanted to know if anybody else has had this problem. Again, I always request no religious responses to my post. Thank you.

It's a good place to begin before looking for better work. You will learn a lot. Don't take the management's poor attitude to heart.
