Not calling the cops when I got harassed serval times by a Verizon worker because mike my boss told me not to

Global is not a great employer no benefits 40hr vacation no many how many years u work and if u call of sick it takes from your vacation

The supervisors were always helpful, going above and beyond what they would be expected to do!

I was working for this company but I was going through a temp service. They was talking about hiring me cause they liked my work. Well my supervisor ended up going on vacation for over a week and a half. During this time the line leader took over and decided that while the supervisor was gone he would try and touch me. He was told by myself not to grope on me. He didn't care so kept trying everyday while supervisor was gone. So when I turned him in He got to keep his job and I got let go. No investigation.

Nobody get mad at me bc I'm a team player

To become somebody notice for my strength as an accurate depiction in a workers environment such as the particular places I have been assigned to report to and yet make alternate improvement in my personal reasons as an adult and a parent as I support being a hard-worker. Being labeled by a supervisor or employer as a great worker is an honor but it also motivates me to contain my skills set, knowledge of experience, and my relationship with my position I am assigned to. With me advancement is never a hassle.

It is a small business so its very close knit in the office amongst co workers. Everyone works as a team to help things run effectively and its a great place that helps the community connect with gainful employment.

Individual employment agencies seem to be more geared to keeping their clients happy, and their real clients are the businesses that contract with them rather than the job applicants. You might have more success going thru your state's job centers because their purpose is to get that state's residents employed. The job centers offer assistance in preparing resumes, improving your interviewing skills (including practice interviews). They also hold job fairs which are GREAT places to snag a job, and they have specialized job counselors for veterans.

I have found a couple of temporary jobs to carry me over for the next few months. First at the Board of Elections working the primary elections..and hopefully will get some overtime too. Then, I will be working on the Census. The pay is much better than it was 10 years ago and the pay for mileage is too. Those will take me into May. After that I will hopefully get some election work doing signs for candidates and then work for the Board of Elections for the fall election. Come December..I'll be unemployed once again and will be looking for a job again. Side gigs can get you through if you are like me and haven't been able to find a full time job that suits.

In working with agencies , I noticed they try to low ball you on pay.
Be aware of this, ask the interviewer what the job pays and compare what the agency pays These amounts should be consistant.
I know they get commisions off their base pay but keep in mind there are no benefits with agency. So they get paid a contact rate from the employer they represent.
Exp: Contact rate $34 hr Agency pays you $ 19 hr
If you are in demand then you can command better pay before excepting what they want to pay you.
You are paid by the agency and they bill the employer.
Good luck!!!
