Black Friday, Customers think they can do what they want. Tear the store up, cut in line, and food and drinks every where. They wouldn't want that to happen to their house.

Two customers fighting over a toy because one lady took it out of another lady basket and no one seen it. We couldn't resolve it they just keep fighting. So both lady 's were escorted out with no toys. Everybody else got their toys and I only had to put a partial basket up.

Teaching adults how to be a kid again. Some toys get 5 min of play time others get days or months. Depends on how fun the toy is.

It was interesting. We talked about how to help the customer. I said ask how old the kid is and what cartoons do they watch on TV or their favorite toy is. We also was told to make a new toy out of Legos and explain what it does. The main thing I didn't like was the rule about if some body was stealing a kid, was to do nothing or get fired. I don't care if I got shot or died at least I tried to stop them.

Even though I hadn’t worked with most of the team members from Toys, I enjoyed working with them. It was only for 3 months, even knowing it was going to be the end of an era for Toys r Us. It was a good experience. I missed the people.

I LOVED working for the R Us company. My favorite part was working at Babies R Us helping new parents. They came in excited to start looking for what they needed right after finding out they were expecting. It was fun to show them all the different cool items that were out on the market to help them. The one area that I spent the most time in was our Car Seats. To many choices, features and price range to confuse anyone, especially a new parent to be. The other great advantage was watching these precious gifts from God grow. One day they were tiny babies in there Mom’s arms. In a blink of an eye they were now in school. I will miss the 32yrs that I worked for the R Us company.
