Hey my name is Marcus Stenix. I have worked many jobs in my life from stocking shelves at convenience stores to driving 18 wheelers. I went to college and studied Business Management. I had Identity Theft happen which stopped me from completing my last semester and graduating. I had a child three months premature so I started providing. As a college athlete my resume was near nothing so I did whatever was available. I designed a fitness facility for kids that after presenting to my programming class was told if it was on a power point I could have took it to banks to get funded. I moved back to west Texas in 2010 after my grandmother had her second lung cancer surgery. Then got stuck working in the oilfield. I meet my fiance five years ago and now have five step children. She was in a car accident two years ago and ended up having brain surgery. It caused me to stop driving trucks and stay close to home. I've been looking into working online providing business services to new and established business. I'm very hard working and pride myself on being the best at everything I do. I have great people skills and excellent business knowledge.

Hello I’m 19 years old and currently looking for a job, not attending college at the moment still thinking of what path to take so I plan to work for now and see what catches my attention later on. I wanna work to save up money and be able to buy myself my car currently having it really hard with life

The first thing is painfully simple and that is to be qualified to fulfill the requirements of the job. The other things that would be crucial to being accepted would be to have the personality that is welcoming and friendly when approaching new people on an almost weekly basis as the church congregants are ever changing. People can't be fooled easily and they can tell when one is genuinely interested in them and their loved ones as opposed to just "phoning it in". I know I always viewed my salary as a gift from an appreciative group of people and prepared to go above the time and service that contributed made up the skeletal framework of my job description and expanding my service and time whenever possible. Churches have limited resources in today's environment created by COVID, and doing the little things here and there to augment the places that needed my help despite not receiving monetary rewards for those extra gestures here and there to meet the needs of my church family. Working in any church should be about honoring the contract by doing what is expected of one, but I also looked as the extra that I did as my personal church service, something that is sometimes overlooked. Had I not received a salary and accolades for my job performance, I would have been a church attendee and would have looked for ways to serve wherever I could. If one combines this approach from both the standpoint of an employee and as a church member. Nothing says that one has to do these extra things, but from one who has worked in churches for many years, it not only benefits the church, but it gives an extra sense of fulfillment that makes this work uniquely special and satisfying.
