Depends on your position. They offer good training. You will always have classes to take on the computer. They classes are job specific.

The best training will be OTJ. You can read various books on lean to help. If you don't have and undergrad degree you will most likely need that to get a foot in the door. If you have a degree find a supervisory position and learn learn learn.

The bigger the trucking company the better your chances of paid training. Also there are trucking companies that advertise they'll teach you to drive with a must drive for them for 1 to 2 years, and the possibility of purchasing the truck you're driving. Truck Driver schools will charge you a minimum of around $5000 and up and will help with employment. Do research on whatever you decide...
