Hi, my name is Mary Ann. I have applied for many para jobs for Springfield Schools and have had about 3 to 4 interviews and still did not get hired. I am in school now and will graduate with my bachelor's degree this Fall 2016. I am also starting to study for my MTEL Test for teacher licensure. I have and Associate's degree in Early Childhood I want to be a Reading teacher in an elementary school and tutor in it, too. I work as a Bus Monitor for Springfield Schools now. I was wondering if you may have any advice for me. That's me on the left in the picture at left.
