Worked to fast and had to leave early cause all the work was done.
It was a fun and fast paced job. I made it fun by competing with my co-workers on the task we had to accomplish and learn the different functions of operations.
Prepare for a fast pace working job. Where at the end of the day you feel like you are part of an elite team. Hold your head up high cause you wont find a more challenging carrier and you are the best because these jobs demand you to be better than you think you can be.
I would have to say thinking this job would be as easy as any other job ive ever worked was my mistake. I tell you though if you like fast pace work this will bring you a challenge for a lifetime.
Every day life is stressful as were all trying to become better versions of ourselves. Working for Tyson is no different and can be stressful esp for those who have never had to work hard for what they want. FYI if you choose to work here and last over a year you can do anything you put your mind to. Even if you dont work here remember life if what you make it and you can do anything in life if you put in the effort.
We all loose ourselves at time and yes I lost my cool with a coworker there and said some things I didnt mean. It can be a stressful job but very rewarding if you can handle fast pace.
Tyson is a very rewarding job but also fast pace. The people were all friendly and I wish I would have taken the time to get to know everyone better than I did.
That my job wasn't very hard at all and you make good money is the only good things I can say about Tyson. It's just their point system gets in the way...working 2nd shift labeling you work all the time with hardly no days off and of course you have a life outside of Tyson and you have all kinds of appointments to get to and there's days you will be sick. I can keep on telling you about Tyson but I'll just leave it at this for now.
I worked Maitenance there and my coworker were great people and their supervisors that work there are very helpful, just a great bunch of people!! If I can get the job back I would take it In a heartbeat!!
