I tried to take assessment on 4/22/16 the exam wouldn't let me enter info. so I contacted help desk. It's now been 4 days and haven't heard anything back .Do I need to apply all over again or what ?

Hi Laura, Are you able to find a local public library to go to? They always have computers people can use for things like this. You can also try stopping by the location to apply. There are some places that ask you apply online only, so if they ask you to do this, I would definitely recommend the library route if you don't do that first. Good luck.
