I need a job but I don't speak english very well ,I am a citizen and I'd like to work at the post office as a mailman

It was the only job available in this area that did not require a GREAT deal of travel and supposedly had some mental stimulation. I would never encourage anyone in any circumstance to take a job with these wackos.

Bundle up very cold over there but get ready for one of the best work experience

It's been two weeks since I passed the 473 postal exam and no email yet. Should I be concerned or is this the norm?

I’m a mailman for the USPS and due to a family emergency I had to take some time off work. On my first day back I ended up running into one of the people on my route and he asked politely what happened. I explained and then had to say goodbye to get back to my route. The very next day he met me out by my truck with a basket full of fruit and gift cards and everything else. I was so taken back by his kindness and thoughtfulness for me and my family.
Thank you if you’ve ever done anything kind for your carrier!!

Need a job asa USPS material handler

My sister works for the post office. She is a mail carrier. Her job is tough, but she likes it. We always worry about dogs attacking her, but she said her route is good and the people make sure their pets are on leashes or in the house. She also carries a special spray just in case given to her by her boss. She loves her job.

I had fun and stayed positive while working for the USPS because it was a great job and I enjoyed it extremely and made good money.
