How I started volunteering at #V.A.hospital

I NEVER had a job on the books. And I had a drug problem in the past. While in the v,a, shelter I heard about the work program with the v.a. but you had to go throw thear drug. Program. I already had a year clean.so I went for it. After completing the program. They but me in the work program at the V.A. After 15 months, they hired me.
