I am 73 and looking for employment with higher wages and no requirement for covid shots! I have worked in health care since mid 1970s and achieved many recognitions and have had a personal care home for 10 yrs. till my husband got ill and I gave up my home since he did not want to stay at the care home and he needed me! He was #l in my concerns then and my family will always be #1! I had covid and didn't even realize I had it as I only had a sore throat and ear ache. I am very healthy. I don't think it is fair to discriminate against me with the covid shots demands and I resent new employees being hired at higher wages and with incentives when we are not even brought up to par with these wages. I was always willing to do overtime when needed but prefer to be a part time employee. Are there any companies that care about their current employees enough to keep them up to par with new employee wages and not demand the covid shots as a requirement for employment? Searching!!! I've worked for 2 companies at same time in past and and can do so now too till employment is guaranteed and probation time is over.

I am a nurse for 35 years now. I never was handed or emailed an offer letter at the time of an interview. It could be because we have to be criminal records checked, licensure checked, OIG and GSA checked and reference checked and then fingerprinted again depending on the position and pass a drug screen, smoking check and all vaccines done. If any one thing is not write, job offers are all contingent on those all being passed at all times! Talk is cheap and the letter is an official but contingent offer every time even when they call you after emailing it. FYI every career has its unique processes!

I am an hvac/r technician/mechanic with 20 legitimate years of experience all over the Central Valley and the Bay Area. I have operated maintenanced troubleshot repaired band-aided condemned upgraded retrofit replaced tuned-up decommissioned and destroyed equipment and systems up to 200 tons. I am an expert rigger I know crane signals in 3 languages and units 5 tons and under no crane is needed as I will just sling it to my belt and drag it up a ladder after me not to mention I have a solid construction background with a broad and varied skill set. Things I dabble in and with are general construction commercial construction and remodeling structural steel tilt-up buildings metal-framing commercial plumbing and industrial process piping I have installed conveyor systems and pick modules dock doors industrial lighting and I am a hobbyist welder

Started my GED in Germany where my husband was stationed he was then sent to Vietnam so finished my GED at a school in Ohio that is no longer there and now we can’t find a copy , even though I have worked for this hospital twice before…. They hired me and I went through all vaccinations needed was given 3 start dates and since the background check couldn’t find a copy I was turned down with 40 years experience.….….

Why do companies get upset when people don't want to work when your trying to force vaccination on people who doesn't want or agree with it. If that's lifted more people will be working . 🤷So I hear that alot
