allowing the manager to take advantage of me and over work me and pretty much let the guys get away with everything or leaving early or coming in late

I worked as a valet awhile ago, but due to insurance reasons we COULD NOT BACK UP...EVER! You were told not to put the car in reverse or be terminated. So one day I was parking this old ladies Mercedes. An AWESOME car, a convertible. Here I am going nice and slow when some A#$ takes my spot. Then there was just me and a pile of random boxes at the end of the garage next to the guard rail. I could NOT go straight or any other direction because there were cars. A 3 point turn...yeah, not happening So all I kept thinking was oh crap I can NOT back up. I look at the boxes, look behind me, look at the boxes, look behind me. I figured they will KNOW if I went into reverse, so I said F-it and floored it through the boxes. Apparently the boxes were holding the most random thing ever from the restaurant nearby (still not sure WHY they were there). There were about 40 or so boxes of left over seaweed from transporting live lobsters. It was a hot day and it smelled like...well I am sure you know. It flew ALL over the car AND me. Moral of the story BACK the hell UP! Did anyone else have any CRAZY work rules? I think I have you all beat!!!
