Confused downloads from different wholesalers. Took me half the day to get it fixed. Write myself a manual so it would never happen again.

Hello all. I am hoping someone can help me.

I live in northern New Jersey (about 35 miles west of NYC). I have an extensive operations background, primarily in financial services/lending/loan servicing. I have managed large teams, (as large as 900 FTE), and I have also managed all operations in a startup environment.

I was laid off several months ago, and I am looking for a VP level position. I believe my background would be very appropriate for any bank or lender, but I also have 20+ years management skills developed in a financial services/lending/loan servicing environment. I am confident that those extensive management skills would apply to just about any other company even beyond financial services, so while I am focused on financial services first, I am certain my manage skills would transfer to just about any other company.

I am a hard worker, and a strong manager. I am extremely objective, and I have a management philosophy "if you are not measuring it you are not managing it." This philosophy enabled me to increase revenues in my first year with the company in my last role by five percent, despite the fact that the company did not add any new business during that time, and in fact lost a major client.

Can anyone out there help me?

Thank you. I appreciate any thoughts.
