How to apply working Visa IAM from in Nepal

Do you guys help me to find agency or company who can sponsored me to work in any states?

I'm very tired and depression because I had not gotten a job yet.If I will not get a job,I will come back to my country because my expired visit visa is on 11 Oct.So,please give me any advice and helping. Thank all.

My 3 months visit visa expired on 26th July and am looking to get employed as without a visa.
