Hi Surume: I did a little research for you, and it turns out that the best way to work at a Hilton in another country is work at a Hilton in your own country first. Once you've demonstrated you're a successful employee, you can ask about being transferred to a Hilton in the desired country of your choice. Let me know if this helped!
